Every exhibit and concert setup is custom-built by EES to reflect the unique character of the venue and city. With each new stop, we navigate permitting, security, and logistics while designing new stage and lighting concepts tailored to the space. Crowd safety and artist experience are prioritized at every step—resulting in a series of immersive, high-energy events that continue to wow audiences nationwide. Every stop on the tour is a full-scale production—an intense, three-day load-in involving over 60 crew members to build the experience from the ground up. Before rehearsals even begin, EES is on-site managing artist coordination, staging, tech, and venue logistics. Once the lights come up, the result is pure energy: a crowd of 6,000 fans experiencing legendary performances from icons like Ann Wilson (Heart), Buddy Guy, Mike Mills (R.E.M.), and Kevin Cronin (REO Speedwagon)

After successfully launching The Jim Irsay Collection museum, Mr. Irsay set his sights on something even bolder: a live concert series that would bring the magic of his iconic artifacts to life on stage. To make it happen, he turned to EES—his trusted production partner—to manage the talent, logistics, and creative execution required to take the show on the road.
