description

We’re seeking a Social Media Coordinator who can capture the energy of live events and translate it into compelling digital content. This role requires a balance of creativity, adaptability, and professionalism. You’ll not only manage the day-to-day posting and engagement across platforms but also be onsite at events to capture content in real time, interact with clients and guests with professionalism, and pivot quickly as event dynamics change.

key responsibilities

  • Create and curate engaging content tailored for each platform, including graphics, photos, and short-form video.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
  • Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) paid social media advertising, including campaign setup, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes and live event content (photo, video, reels, stories) during events, often in real time, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and gather photo/video assets from staff, partners, and vendors to ensure robust content coverage.
  • Ideate fresh content strategies and campaigns that showcase events, clients, and company culture.
  • Review analytics and performance data to make informed decisions on what’s working and adjust strategy as needed (“fail fast and pivot”).
  • Monitor online communities, respond to engagement, and grow brand presence authentically.
  • Stay up to date on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content relevant and impactful.
  • Create and manage shot lists for events to ensure all priority content is captured.
  • Collaborate with and manage professional photographers and videographers as needed to achieve content goals.
  • Write impactful, authentic copy for captions, blog posts, newsletters, and more – crafting content that goes beyond AI to capture real voices, stories, and experiences.
  • Ability to manage and create content for multiple brands and clients simultaneously, while maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing, including identifying potential partners, managing collaborations, and tracking results
  • Embodiment of our core values:
