Falon Veit found her calling at 17—turning behind-the-scenes coordination into a strategic vision for unforgettable moments. That passion led to the launch of EES Agency, a nationally scaled experiential firm she built from the ground up. For Veit, it’s about leading with purpose, executing with precision and creating impact that lasts. She also founded The Viviendo Foundation, a community service initiative supporting nonprofits across Middle Tennessee.

A recent milestone she holds close? EES Agency’s recognition as one of the 50 Fastest Growing Women-Owned Companies in the nation by the Women Presidents Organization (WPO) and JPMorganChase. “It felt like validation for all the years of quiet hustle,” Veit shares. “Building a company without capital while also being a mom required relentless grit.” But through it all–facing imposter syndrome, burnout and the pressure to constantly prove her worth–she believes leading with love is her greatest strength.

Her admiration for fellow founder Sara Blakely is no surprise; Scott’s drawn to female leaders who build boldly while remaining fiercely connected to their intuition and anchored in their values. Upon reflection of what it means to be a Dynamic Woman today, she adds, “My definition has shifted from being driven by achievement to being driven by impact.”

Nashville continues to fuel her creativity with its signature blend of innovation and community spirit. “It’s a city of reinvention,” says Veit. Through The Viviendo Foundation, she supports nonprofits doing meaningful work across the region, helping others live fully and say “yes” to life.

Whether on a stage, in the boardroom or at home with family, this Dynamic Woman’s purpose lies in service, growth and building spaces for others to thrive.
